7th DAy Ramadan

SAMBAL TUMIS UDANG Bahan2 (agak2 la yer) Udang - buang kulit tinggalkan bahagian ekornya bawang merah] bawang putih] diblend hancur cili kering] belacan] bawang besar - hiris minyak masak gula, garam & perasa air asam jawa Cara2 Panaskan minyak.. Tumiskan bahan2 blend tadi hingga garing. Masukkan 1 sudu besar gula supaya ianya cepat garing. Bila dah garing masukkan udang, bawang besar dan air asam jawa dan juga garam & perasa. Biar sebentar hingga udak masak. Bahan2 4 keping ikan tenggiri 1 biji tomato - belah 4 2 biji terung panjang - potong ikut suka (boleh gantikan dgn kacang bendi.. mana2 yg available) 1 senduk besar cili mesin 1 senduk besar bawang mesin (bwg besar + bwg putih) 1 inci halia - tumbuk halus sedikit serbuk kunyit sedikit daum kesum sebatang serai - ketuk air secukupnya garam & perasa sedikit asam jawa - ramas dengan sikit air jadikan pes sedikit belacan - jadikan pes (kalau tak suka boleh omit) sedikit minyak Cara2 Panaskan minyak dan tumiskan bahan2 mesi

5th Day of Ramadhan

ok...this is hard task..ergh.never try this before..insyallah jadik.hehe..enjoy..We try together ya....Gud luck.. OPOR DAGING Bahan: 1 kg daging [hirskan nipis dan bersihkan] 1 biji kelapa [4 cawan santan] 2 s/b kerisik 1 s/b gula perang atau gula merah lembut [soft brown sugar] 3 s/b rempah kari daging ] 1 s/k jintan putih ] 3 keping asam keping minyak garam Bahan tumis: 2 cm kulit kayu manis 2 kuntum bunga lawang 3 biji buah pelaga 5 kuntum bunga cengkih Bahan mesin: 20 tangkai cili kering 15 ulas bawang merah 5 ulas bawang putih 3 cm halia 2 cm lengkuas 3 batang serai Cara membuat: Panaskan minyak dan tumiskan bahan tumis sehingga wangi. Masukkan bahan mesin & rempah daging yg digaulkan dan kacau rata. Masukkan daging dan kacau rata sehingga nampak naik minyak. Masukkan santan dan biarkan reneh dengan api yg kecil sehingga mendidih dan daging lembut. Masukkan gula, garam, asam keping dan kerisik dn kacau lagi. Biarkan naik minyak. Hidangkan dengan nasi putih/minyak atau ketupa

4th Day Ramadhan.

On the 3rd day ..miss bab makan luar..hehehe...neway this my menu for today..enjoy...hehehe.. BERGEDIL DAGING Bahan-bahannya 1 kilo kentang, dikupas kulitnya dan dipotong bulat 300 gram daging cincang 2 biji telur, asingkan kuning dan putih 3/4 cawan bawang goreng secekak daun sup, dicincang 2 ulas bawang putih 2 sudu teh serbuk lada putih garam secukup rasa Cara-caranya Panaskan kuali dan goreng kentang yang telah dipotong bulat. Bila sudah masak angkat dan toskan. Kemudian ditumbuk lumat. Tumbuk bawang putih bersama garam dan serbuk lada putih. Kemudian tumis dengan sedikit minyak sehingga naik bau dan masukkan daging cincang. Masak sehingga daging bertukar warna dan airnya kering. Campurkan daging yang telah digoreng tadi ke dalam kentang yang telah ditumbuk lumat. Masukkan juga 2 biji kuning telur, bawang goreng dan daun sup. Gaul rata adunan. Hi all...today i would like to share a recipe.Like i told you from my previous post i will be sharing menu for berbuka puasa..hope you guys like it..all the recipe of coz from the net..im only telling you what is the menu...hehe enjoy... AYAM KUNG PAO Bahan-bahan 600 gm isi ayam - potong dadu tepung jagung garam Cara membuat isi ayam disalutkan sedikit garam dan tepung jagung - then goreng dan toskan. Bahan-bahan B 100 gm kacang gajus - goreng dan toskan minyak 30 gm lada kering - pilih yg lebar2 dan potong dlm 1 - 1.5 inchi panjang 2 biji bawang besar (kuning) - potong dadu besar2 4 ulas bawang putih - ditumbuk halus 2 inci halia - ditumbuk halus 1 biji lada bangala hijau- potong lebar2 sediikit 3 sdm sos tiram 2 sdm cili sos 1/4 cwn air minyak tuk menumis garam - kalau perlu Cara membuat Panaskan sedikit minyak dlm kuali Goreng lada kering hingga garing dak ketepikan Tumis halia dan bawang putih hingga garing dan masukkan bawang besar. 1st Day of Ramadhan

Im excited and thrilled when comes to Ramadhan and Hari Raya..There are so many things to do and organize.First I have to schedule a menu for every day breaking the fast its so challenging ever.Making and cooking a good meal for my husband and my little one would be a tough one since both appetite doesnt go together..hubby like the hot and spicy one and the little one of cos like the simple one so either i have to cook 2 different menus or i have to blend each menu so can suit each other appetite.Quit a task ahh.. Mayb for Ramadhan all i can share here is my receipe and what i cook for daily Ramadhan.Dont want to gossip more since Ramadhan is a holy month may as well we . Ok for today i was thinking of cooking Sweet and Sour fish .A simple dish which the kids and hubby can happily eat together ...

Im back...

Hi bloggers its been a long time i didnt update my blog..been busy with life which is happy and sadness...a lot of things happened for the past 2 months..to think about it 2 months is only a short time but things happened can consume your energy and soul with so much time and effort to be strong again. For the last 2 months my love grandfather passed away in peace in his own bed like sleeping ...after eating some grapes he passed away without notice...after that another sad things happened to me...i lost my baby..i was pregnant and had misscarried...painful ...but there is a reason for things to happened... While trying to be strong hubby and family stand by my side...thanks to all....i love you so much...xoxo
